Alexandra Ster was born and raised in San Diego, California. Alexandra is a Junior pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and a minor in Mind and Body Studies. Through core business courses, such as Organizational Behavior and Leadership and Financial Accounting, Alexandra has gained a strong foundation in quantitative and qualitative business analytics. Professionally, Alexandra plans to pursue a career focusing on her interests in consulting, finance, banking, risk management, and/or real estate. On campus, Alexandra is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma’s Leadership Board, serving as the Academic Excellence Coordinator, which is a role that requires her to manage funds and plan events to motivate and assist others academically. In her free time, Alexandra enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going to the beach, trying new restaurants to add to her foodie blog, and doing yoga. Alexandra is a personable, down-to-earth, and hard-working individual who shares, “I want to thank Professor Paranal and the rest of the GEMS team for providing this amazing opportunity to explore my business interests in a variety of fields.
