Hailing from Los Angeles, California, Ethan Chen is currently a junior of two majors: Philosophy, Politics, and Law and East Asian Languages and Cultures. Ethan’s diverse fields of study lead him to have interests in many industries. However, his lifelong interests have been in sports management and the entertainment business. On campus, he is the director of the Esports organization, which is responsible for all USC competitive Esports teams. Beyond campus, Ethan enjoys going on runs, brainstorming new strategies for games, and spending time with his dog, Sparky. Ethan mentioned, “I’m honored to be given the chance by Professor Paranal to engage as a member of GEMs and I look forward to meeting people who want to guide me towards becoming a more learned professional!”
