Jason has worked in various Finance positions with increasing scope and responsibility over the past 20 years, with the last 15 years focused in the Banking industry.  He regularly seeks out complex challenges and enjoys working with others to design and implement tailored solutions.  Jason most recently worked to integrate siloed organizations to deliver on a shared enterprise data and reporting vision.   Jason strives to always add value and leave things better than he received them.  Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as surfing and snowboarding.  Jason is excited to participate in the USC GEMS Mentor program and looks forward to helping a GEMS student develop and achieve their potential.
