I am a Managing Director at MUFG Union Bank leading Data Governance and Portfolio Management for the Chief Data Office. In this role I manage Metrics reporting, Change Management, Data Risk programs and support regulatory interactions. Before joining this group at Union Bank, I spent 5 years in Finance leading the Cost Allocations and the Managerial Reporting group. Prior to Union Bank, I worked at Ernst & Young, Republic Bank, Unilever and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Finance and Finance transformation roles. I am an advocate for mentoring programs, as I have seen how it has helped so many achieve and surpass their career goals. My general approach to mentoring is to listen, support and offer real life examples to help mentees make optimal decisions. I enjoy hearing from mentees and learning more about the topics that are most on their mind.
