Jessica is a partner in the PwC Los Angeles office, who transferred from New York Metro office to serve public clients. Jessica has over fifteen years of experience in public accounting and has worked on audits of clients specializing in the consumer markets and retail industry. She has worked in 3 continents since she began her career in Australia and has significant global experience. She has experience working through complex accounting matters including expensive experience in accounting for acquisitions and divestitures and knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance, specifically, assessing internal control design, reviewing operating effectiveness, and evaluating implementation assessments for newly public companies. Her other responsibilities include leading community service initiatives in the office and has significant involvement in a local non-for-profit board. Outside of work she loves to travel, paddle, ride her bike along the strand, cook and dance.
