Riley Wheaton is from Austin, Texas. At USC, she is working towards a Business Administration degree as well as Music Industry and Psychology minors, delving into all USC and Los Angeles have to offer in the live music scene. Some of her most notable industry experiences include being a Runner for the Kanye West and Drake FREE LARRY HOOVER concert, an Artist Liaison for the Women in Music Billboard Awards, and a Strategy and Analytics Intern for Live Nation. Further, Riley holds the role of Assistant Director of the USC Concerts Committee for the 2022-2023 school year where she allocated a budget of over $570,000 and helped lead a team of 23 people to produce three shows, each with 5,000-10,000 attendees.

On campus, Riley is also involved in Christian groups, a sorority, Marshall’s Coury Leadership Program as a mentor, and is lucky enough to be a part of the GEMS Program. When Riley’s not spending my time with these organizations, she loves finding new music and exploring the outdoors by hiking or going to the beach with people she loves. Riley shares “The greatest part of my GEMS experience thus far has been growing relationships not only with a fantastic group of like-minded peers but also with professionals whom I share similar interests with.”
