In my 20 year career at the same company, I have held 17 different roles in a variety of different functions. Your career is what you make of it, and it should be based on your passions, interests, strengths, and work that makes you happy. After working in so many jobs, I have learned that it can sometimes be surprising which roles make us the happiest and it might be the one you least suspect. Take in all the career advice that you can, but determine your own path and make decisions that are authentically you.
